Those additional terms form part of these Terms. If service-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the service-specific terms control for that Service.## 1. Eligibility and Supervised UseThe minimum age and eligibility requirements may vary by Service and country.Unless otherwise stated, you must be at least 13 years old to independently accept these Terms and operate a Service.Some Services are primarily intended for adults, parents, legal guardians, or caregivers and may allow children to participate only under direct adult supervision.A child under 13 may not independently:- Accept these Terms;
- Provide privacy consent;
- Create or control an account;
- Manage household or partner invitations;
- Make purchases; or
- Submit personal information.If you permit a child to participate in a Service, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have lawful authority to supervise the child’s use.You are responsible for:- The child’s use of the Service;
- Information entered about the child;
- Determining whether content, routines, tasks, rewards, reminders, and recommendations are appropriate for the child;
- Privacy and data-sharing choices;
- Access granted to other household members; and
- Purchases made through your device or account.## 2. Accounts, Installations, and SecuritySome Services require a conventional account. Other Services may use an anonymous or pseudonymous account, installation identifier, or device-associated profile.You agree to:- Provide accurate and complete information where requested;
- Keep login credentials, parental PINs, invitation links, and devices secure;
- Maintain control over email addresses or platform accounts associated with purchases;
- Be responsible for activity performed through your account, installation, household, or device; and
- Notify us promptly if you believe unauthorized access has occurred.We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials, parental PINs, invitation links, devices, or access granted to another person, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.Anonymous authentication does not necessarily mean that all information is stored only on the device. Some Services may associate synchronized information with a persistent pseudonymous identifier.## 3. Subscriptions, Trials, and PaymentsSome Services offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.Available products may include:- Monthly subscriptions;
- Annual subscriptions;
- Other recurring subscription periods;
- Free trials;
- Introductory offers;
- One-time purchases; and
- Lifetime purchases.The products, prices, currencies, billing periods, taxes, trials, introductory offers, and eligibility rules available to you are displayed by the applicable platform or payment provider before purchase.Products and prices may differ by:- Service;
- Platform;
- Country or region;
- Currency;
- Tax requirements;
- Store pricing tiers;
- Promotional eligibility; or
- User account.### BillingPayments are processed by the applicable platform or authorized payment provider, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.Your purchase is also governed by the terms and policies of the platform through which it is completed.We do not receive or store complete payment-card information processed by Apple, Google, or another external payment provider.### Automatic RenewalRecurring subscriptions automatically renew unless they are cancelled before the renewal date through the applicable store or payment-provider account.The applicable platform may charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each new billing period.You are responsible for managing your subscription through the platform account used for the purchase.### Free Trials and Introductory OffersWhere a free trial or introductory offer is available:- Eligibility is determined by the applicable platform and offer rules;
- The offer may be limited to one use per person, account, household, product, or platform;
- The subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription when the trial or introductory period ends;
- The price charged after the offer ends will be displayed before purchase; and
- You must cancel through the applicable platform before the stated deadline to avoid the next charge.Deleting or uninstalling the Service does not cancel a trial or subscription.### CancellationsSubscriptions must be cancelled through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment provider through which the purchase was completed.Cancellation generally prevents future renewals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform policy, cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid and access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.### RefundsRefund requests are generally handled by the platform that processed the purchase.We cannot directly issue refunds for transactions controlled by Apple, Google, or another external payment provider unless that provider makes such functionality available to us.Nothing in these Terms limits refund, withdrawal, conformity, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.### Purchase RestorationWhere supported, purchases may be restored using the platform account that originally completed the purchase.Restoration may require:- An active internet connection;
- Access to the original platform account;
- A valid store transaction;
- Availability of the applicable product; and
- Successful verification by the store or subscription infrastructure provider.We cannot guarantee restoration where the original platform account or transaction is unavailable, invalid, refunded, revoked, or controlled by another person.### Lifetime PurchasesUnless a Service expressly states otherwise, a “lifetime” purchase provides access for the supported commercial lifetime of the applicable product or Service.“Lifetime” does not mean:- The lifetime of the purchaser;
- Ownership of the software;
- A guarantee of permanent or perpetual availability;
- A guarantee that every feature or integration will remain unchanged; or
- A guarantee that third-party platforms, operating systems, or providers will remain available.We will interpret and administer lifetime access in good faith and in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer law.## 4. Use of the ServicesYou agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.You must not:- Misuse, abuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt a Service;
- Circumvent security controls, parental controls, purchase controls, or usage restrictions;
- Access a Service through automated or unauthorized means;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account, household, installation, or data;
- Share invitation links or credentials with unauthorized persons;
- Upload or enter content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, infringing, or intentionally harmful;
- Use a Service to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit a Service without permission;
- Use a Service in violation of applicable law or platform policy; or
- Use a Service in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair its operation.We may use reasonable technical measures to prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, or circumvention of purchase requirements.## 5. User Content and Information About OthersSome Services allow you to enter, create, store, synchronize, or share content such as:- Notes;
- Logs;
- Routines;
- Tasks;
- Schedules;
- Profile information;
- Progress records;
- AI inputs;
- Preferences; or
- Other information.You retain ownership of your content.You grant Sourav Naik, acting under the Family AI Ecosystem name, a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, synchronize, transmit, and display your content solely as reasonably necessary to:- Provide the Service;
- Operate features requested by you;
- Synchronize information;
- Share information with people you authorize;
- Maintain security and backups; and
- Comply with legal obligations.This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, except where temporary retention, backups, security records, or continued processing are required or permitted by law.You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, appropriateness, and necessity of content you provide.You may provide information relating to another person only where you have lawful authority to do so.If you provide information about a child, dependent, family member, or household member, you confirm that:- You are the person’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have lawful authority;
- The information is reasonably necessary to use the Service;
- You will not enter unnecessary sensitive or identifying information; and

Artificial Intelligence FeaturesSome Services may include features powered by artificial intelligence or machine-learning technologies (“AI Features”).### Purpose of AI FeaturesAI Features may:- Assist with organization;
- Generate suggestions, summaries, or insights;
- Enhance usability or personalization; and
- Support user decision-making.AI Features are supportive tools only.### No Professional AdviceAI-generated content:- Is informational and assistive;
- May be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or outdated;
- May not account for your particular circumstances; and
- Must not be relied upon as professional advice.AI Features do not provide medical, health, legal, financial, educational, safety, or other professional advice.### Human Responsibility and ReviewYou acknowledge that:- AI outputs are generated automatically;
- AI outputs may contain errors or unexpected results;
- You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs;
- You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use an output; and
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or suitability of AI-generated content.### AI Inputs and Data ProcessingWhen using AI Features:- Your inputs and related context may be processed to generate outputs;
- Processing may be performed by a third-party provider;
- Processing may occur automatically;
- AI inputs are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy; and
- You should not submit unnecessary highly sensitive personal information.We do not use AI Features to create behavioral advertising profiles of children.### AI Availability and ChangesWe may:- Modify or improve AI Features;
- Introduce reasonable usage limits;
- Replace an AI provider;
- Restrict an AI Feature for legal, safety, or technical reasons; or
- Discontinue an AI Feature where reasonably necessary.Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.### Prohibited Uses of AI FeaturesYou agree not to use AI Features to:- Generate or request illegal, abusive, exploitative, or intentionally harmful content;
- Circumvent safeguards or usage limitations;
- Violate applicable law;
- Violate another person’s rights; or
- Make automated decisions producing significant legal or similar effects concerning another person without lawful authority and appropriate safeguards.## 7. Family, Child, Health, and Care DisclaimerSome Services support family organization, caregiving, routine management, or supervised participation by children.These Services do not replace parental, guardian, caregiver, educational, medical, or professional supervision.The Services do not provide:- Medical advice;
- Health diagnoses;
- Emergency assistance;
- Professional childcare advice;
- Legal or financial advice; or
- A guarantee of a particular behavioral, educational, health, or family outcome.You remain responsible for:- Childcare and supervision;
- Deciding whether content is age-appropriate;
- Reviewing routines, tasks, schedules, rewards, and reminders;
- Confirming that activities are physically and emotionally safe;
- Seeking appropriate professional advice; and
- Responding to emergencies.A Service must not be used as the sole method of supervising a child or monitoring a safety-critical activity.## 8. Notifications, Reminders, and AlarmsSome Services provide notifications, reminders, or alarms.Delivery may be delayed, suppressed, or prevented by:- Device permission settings;
- Notification settings;
- Battery optimization;
- Do Not Disturb or Focus modes;
- Operating-system restrictions;
- Device shutdown or restart;
- Lack of connectivity;
- Time-zone changes;
- Software updates;
- Storage restrictions; or
- Other factors outside our control.We do not guarantee that a notification, reminder, or alarm will be delivered at an exact time or at all.Notifications, reminders, and alarms must not be relied upon for emergencies, medication, personal safety, childcare supervision, or another safety-critical purpose.You are responsible for maintaining alternative reminders where timely delivery is important.## 9. Offline Use and SynchronizationSome Services provide limited offline functionality.When a Service is used offline:- Changes may remain stored locally until connectivity returns;
- Synchronization may be delayed;
- Information shown on another device may not yet include the latest changes;
- Conflicting edits may occur;
- Certain online features may be unavailable; and
- Purchases or entitlements may require online verification.You are responsible for reviewing important information after synchronization.We do not guarantee that every offline change can be recovered or synchronized successfully. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.## 10. Intellectual PropertyThe Services, including their software, designs, interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Sourav Naik and used under the Family AI Ecosystem publisher name, except for user content and third-party materials.These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the applicable Service for its intended purpose, subject to applicable law, platform terms, and these Terms.You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or exploit any part of a Service without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.No ownership of the Service or underlying intellectual property is transferred to you.## 11. Third-Party ServicesOur Services may integrate with or depend upon third-party services.Depending on the Service, these may include:- Apple;
- Google and Google Play;
- Google Firebase;
- RevenueCat;
- Meta;
- Cloud-hosting providers;
- Analytics providers;
- Artificial-intelligence providers; and
